The Alerts page lists the generated alerts and their parameters.

Option

Definition

Edit Filters

Filters the alerts list to display data that matches specific criteria.

Select

  • Page — Selects all the alerts in the respective page.

  • All — Selects the alerts in all page.

  • None — Deselects all selected alerts.

Actions

  • Resolve — Allows you to resolve the selected alert.

  • Archive — Allows you to archives the selected alert.

  • Generate Report — Allows you to generates report for the selected alert.

Alerts list

Level

The levels of the alerts are indicated by these icons:

  • GUID-A0ABCE20-56D3-410B-8B35-F7AB428FBC9F-low.png — A blue icon indicates a low-level alert.

  • GUID-E3A7B3BB-AFC3-44E5-9CAE-3A848E288AD4-low.png — An orange icon indicates a medium-level alert.

  • GUID-99C8D175-A08E-4099-8616-2D84443D4F6B-low.png — A red icon indicates a high-level alert.

  • GUID-8B9CF176-1D29-402C-9960-6E451308EEC2-low.png — A brown icon with an n indicates a notice.

  • GUID-78E22B52-65B3-42B3-8DAD-2E137E227030-low.png — A blue icon with an i indicates an information result.

DBMS

The name of the DBMS for which the alert was generated.

Time

The date and time when the alert was generated.

Resolution

Displays the state of the alert such as Created Rule, False Alarm, Release From Quarantine, Resolved, Sensor Deleted, and Unresolved.

Statement

The requested operation (original SQL statement) that triggered the alert.

Rules

The names of the rules that generated the alert.

Excessive behavior

If a single alert is generated for multiple instances of the same rule violation, the GUID-F24A3C57-6B0E-49A0-B892-82FE17B0BA5C-low.png icon is displayed. The alert details displayed are for the last transaction to violate the rule.
