Allow a specific user to view their cases in DLP Case Management.
Create a user in ePO - On-prem and assign a permission set to the user.
In ePO - On-prem, select Menu → User Management → Permission Sets and select the permission set that the user belongs to.
Click the Edit link under Name and users.
Select the recently created user, and click Save.
In Data Loss Prevention, click the Edit link.
Select Case Management, and click Users can view cases assigned to them.
Click Save.
