Assign incident viewing permissions to users in an Active Directory

Select users from the Active Directory who can view incidents in the DLP Incident Manager.

In ePO - On-prem, select Menu → User Management → Permission Sets.
Select the role you want to edit, then click the Edit link under Name and users.
Click Add, select the Active Directory users you want to add, then click OK.
Click Save.
In Data Loss Prevention, click the Edit link.
Select Incident Management, then click User can view all incidents.
Click Save.
