The Database Security server stores the configuration of the system, including policy profiles of each sensor, DBMS information and more. Also, the server stores alerts and test result data.
You can back up the database server and no other backup is needed (sensors do not store any data and this need not be backed up or restored).
A complete backup of the server is performed in three stages. The recovery process uses the backup files to restore the system.

In addition, we recommended saving the installation files of the latest installed server version where you can easily find them in case you need to reinstall the application.
