Trellix DLP – SaaS products use the Policy Catalog in ePO - SaaS to store policies and client configurations.
Policies are assigned to endpoints in the ePO - SaaS System Tree.
DLP Policy — Contains Active Rule Sets assigned to the policy, scheduled Endpoint Discovery scans, Settings for application strategy, device class overrides, and privileged users, and Policy Validation.
Server Configuration — Contains the Trellix DLP Discover – SaaS, Trellix DLP Network Prevent – SaaS, and Trellix DLP Network Monitor – SaaS configurations. Allows you to set the evidence copy service and logging options, and text extractor options.
Note
You must create separate server configurations for each of your Trellix DLP – SaaS products. The server configuration appears only if you have an Trellix DLP Discover – SaaS, Trellix DLP Network Prevent – SaaS, or Trellix DLP Network Monitor – SaaS subscription.
Trellix DLP Network Prevent – SaaS and Trellix DLP Network Monitor – SaaS use only the Evidence Copy Service and OCR section of the server configuration.

Client Configurations — Separate configurations for Microsoft Windows and macOS computers contain the configuration settings for the Trellix DLP Endpoint - SaaS clients. The settings determine how clients apply Trellix DLP – SaaS policies on the endpoints. Enable the Evidence Copy Service for Trellix DLP Endpoint - SaaS products in the client configuration page.

Client configurations appear only if a license for Trellix DLP Endpoint - SaaS is registered.
