A signed script enables you to run the script on one or more database without triggering alerts. Create signed scripts for specific time frames or specific database.
This functionality is intended for advanced users only.
Note
If the signed script does trigger an alert, the script appears in the Print View of the alert details.
On the Rules page, select the Signed Scripts tab, then select Create New Script.
In the Name field, enter the script name.
In the Comment field, enter a brief description in the designated fields.
From the Type drop-down list, select the type of script (MSSQL or Oracle).
Click Choose File to browse and upload the script file.
In the From Date and To Date fields, set the time period for the validity of the signed script.
Click DBMSs & Groups to select the DBMSs to run the script on.
Select one or more relevant DBMSs or DBMS groups, then click Select.
The selected DBMSs and DBMS groups are listed in the Script Configuration.
To enable the script, select the Enabled checkbox.
Click Save.
The signed script appears in the Signed Scripts list.
