Configure the network information in ePO - SaaS to connect the appliance to the network.
Download and install Appliance Management and DLP Appliance Management extensions.
To connect to the network, configure the DNS server, NTP server, and a Smart Host for your appliances in ePO - SaaS.
Note
The DNS server details must be configured in ePO - SaaS before provisioning the appliance with ePO - SaaS. The DNS information entered in the Setup Wizard is overwritten by the DNS information entered in this configuration task upon connecting to ePO - SaaS.
In ePO - SaaS, browse to Menu → Policy → Policy Catalog.
From the Product drop-down list, select Common Appliance Management.
Select the My Default policy.
Add the DNS server and the NTP server, then click Save.
From the Product drop-down list, select DLP Appliance Management.
Select the My Default policy for Trellix DLP - Prevent Email Settings.
Enter the IP address of the Smart Host, then click Save.
