Use the Remediation page to enable and configure automatic remediation on retroactively detected malicious emails using the Web UI.
Prerequisites
Administrator or Operator access to the Email Security - Server appliance.
A connection to the Email Security - Server appliance.
Microsoft Office 365 app communication and authorization.
To configure automatic remediation using the Web UI:
Note
If you did not register for a Microsoft Office 365 app and configure communication on the Email Security - Server appliance, the remediation page will display ADD O365 AUTHORIZATION TO GET STARTED.
Go to the Settings > Remediation page.
Click ON to enable remediation.
Select Delete to delete retroactive malicious email or Quarantine to block retroactive malicious email.
