Use this page configure email notifications for case updates.

Select the users to send notifications to.

Note

If no contacts are listed, you must specify an email server for ePO - On-prem and add email addresses for users. Configure the email server from Menu → Configuration → Server Settings → Email Server. Configure users from Menu → User Management → Users.

OK

Retains your changes and closes the window.

Cancel

Discards your changes and closes the window.
