Use network printer definitions to create granular printer protection rules. Defined printers can be included or excluded from rules.
Obtain the UNC path of the printer in the network.
In ePO - On-prem, select Menu → Data Protection → DLP Policy Manager → Definitions.
In the left panel, select Network Printer, then select Actions → New Item.
Enter a unique Name and optional Description.
Enter the UNC path.
All other fields are optional.
Click Save.
