With Trellix DLP Endpoint - SaaS , user notifications appear in pop-ups or the end-user console when user actions violate policies.
In ePO - SaaS , select Menu → Data Protection → DLP Policy Manager.
Click the Definitions tab, then select Notification → User Notification.
Select Actions → New.
Enter a unique name and optional description. Select the dialog size and position.
To create user notification definitions in more than one language, select Locale Actions → New Locale. For each required locale, select a locale from the drop-down list.
The selected locales are added to the list.
For each locale, do the following:
In the left pane, select the locale to edit.
Note
You can set any locale to be the default by selecting the Default locale checkbox.
Enter text in the text box.
You can use placeholders to customize the text, indicating what caused the pop-up to trigger. The available placeholders are listed to the right of the text box.
To use Rich Text, place the text inside an HTML <DIV> element. Add HTML element tags as required.

(Optional) Select the Show link to more information checkbox and enter a URL to provide more detailed information.
Note
The information is available only in the default locale.
When all locales are complete, click Save.
