An administrator generates an override key for each challenge key request. Alternatively, you can generate a global release code when multiple computers are involved.
All override keys require similar entries. The following differences should be noted:
In ePO - SaaS, select Menu → Data Protection → DLP Help Desk.
Select a key type.
Fill in the required (and optional) fields.
Filling in all required fields activates the Generate Key button.
Generate the release code and send it to the user.
