You can filter lists and tables to display data that match specific criteria.

In the first filter field, set the filter criteria in any of these ways:
Type your query using simple syntax (as you would in a standard search engine).
Select items from a list or widget.
If you select an item in a list, it is added to the filter as an inclusion. If you click the box at the end of a row and select Filter Out, the item is entered into the filter as an exclusion (preceded by a minus sign).
If you select items in more than one widget, the items are added with the AND operator.
Click Apply.
