Before you can manually install the appliance software, you must download the files for your installation.
Make sure that you have the grant number you received after purchasing the product.
Trellix publishes BIOS images for the hardware appliances that contain the BMC firmware. Make sure that the server board is updated with the latest firmware published by Trellix. Contact Technical Support for the latest version of the firmware.
In a web browser, go to https://www.trellix.com/en-us/downloads.html.
Click Download. Enter your grant number, then select the product and version.
On the Software Downloads tab, select and save the appropriate file.

Do not install the Hyper-V download package in Azure environment.
