Before you can manually install the software, you must download the files for your installation. Alternatively, you can use Software Catalog to download and install.
Make sure that you have the grant number you received after purchasing the product.
Trellix publishes BIOS images for the hardware appliances that contain the BMC firmware. Make sure that the server board is updated with the latest firmware published by Trellix. Contact Technical Support for the latest version of the firmware.
All Trellix DLP products use the Trellix DLP extension for ePO - On-prem. Install DLP_Mgmt_version_Package.zip as your starting point.
You can also use the ePO - On-prem Software Catalog on ePO - On-prem 5.10 (Menu → Software → Software Catalog) to view, download, and install the software.
In ePO - On-prem 5.9 or earlier, select Software Manager (Menu → Software → Software Manager) to view, download, and install the software.
In a web browser, go to Trellix download site.
Click Download. Enter your grant number, then select the product and version.
On the Software Downloads tab, select and save the appropriate file. You can find these files in the zip files:
