Enable a Trellix DLP Network Prevent appliance to process response requests

Prev Next

You can configure a Trellix DLP Network Prevent appliance to analyze requests made to your web servers from external users.

Note

A common Trellix DLP Network Prevent appliance deployment is to have the Trellix DLP Network Prevent appliance inside your network and the web server outside your network. Enabling RESPMOD analysis can impact performance because it takes longer to get responses from the appliance, which causes a slower user experience.

  1. In ePO - On-prem, open the Policy Catalog.

  2. Select the DLP Appliance Management product, select the Trellix DLP Network Prevent Web Settings category, and open the policy you want to edit.

  3. In Web Settings, select RESPMOD.

  4. Click Save.
