To enable or disable soft bounce:
Go to Settings > Email MTA > Email Bounce Configuration page.
Select or clear the Softbounce check box to enable or disable the feature.
Click Apply .
You can modify the non-delivery report after disabling soft bounce. Refer to Configuring the non-delivery report using the CLI
