Set up a report to run automatically at a specified frequency and email a PDF summary to a recipient.
In ePO - SaaS, select Automation → Server Tasks → New Task.
Specify the following details in the task setup wizard:
Add a name for the task, then select Actions → Run Query
Select the DLP: Number of incidents per severity summary query.
Add a secondary action to email the file and enter the recipient’s email address.
Select Chart data only and select PDF as the file format.
Choose the scheduling frequency, start date, and end date of the task.
Click Save.
The task runs automatically, and the recipient receives a PDF that contains the exported chart data.
