Use the Settings > Impersonation page to export impersonation detection rules to a JSON file. The resulting export file can be used to back up or import into another appliance that supports impersonation detection rules. See Importing impersonation detection rules using the Web UI.
Prerequisites
An established connection between the Email Security - Server appliance and the Internet.
You are logged in to the Web UI with Admin and Operator access.
Go to the Settings > Impersonation page.
Select the impersonation detection rules to export.
Click Export to export the selected rules to a
JSONfile. The file is automatically created in the default download folder with the nameimpersonation.json. If a file of that name is already in the target folder, a sequential number is appended to the name for each new version.
