On the Attachment decryption page, you can filter and sort the list of candidates based on the password, keyword, and ignored word for password extraction. You can display up to 100 entries per page.

You can filter and sort the list of candidates only using the Web UI.
Prerequisites
Administrator or Operator access to the Email Security - Server appliance.
Follow these steps to filter and sort the list of candidates based on the passwords, keywords, and ignored words that you defined in the Attachment decryption page using the Web UI.
In the Web UI, choose Settings > Attachment decryption.
Click the Search icon in the Value column.
Enter the specific search criteria that you want to filter in the search string field.
If you need to clear the filter, click the
icon to clear the search string field.Click the Type column header. Select the type of list that you want to filter and sort.
