Filtering the campaign list using the Web UI

On the Campaigns page, use the Filters panel on the left edge of the page to filter the campaign list based on the time period, status, and name. You can display up to 100 campaigns per page. By default, the Email Security - Server appliance displays the campaigns for the last 24 hours.

Prerequisites

Administrator, Monitor, or Analyst access to the Email Security - Server appliance
Campaign detection is enabled. Use the show ecd status command.

To filter the campaign list:

In the Web UI, click the eAlerts tab.
Click Campaigns.
To show the Filters panel, click the blue filter icon () in the upper left corner of the main window.
To hide the Filters panel, click the blue arrow in a circle icon () in the upper right corner of the Filters panel.
To change the time period, click the time field and select a different range in the Date Range drop-down menu:
- Past Hour—Campaigns detected during the past 1 hour.
- Past 24 Hours—Campaigns detected during the past 24 hours.
- Past 2 Weeks—Campaigns detected during the past 2 weeks.
- Past 1 Month—Campaigns detected during the past 1 month.
- Past 3 Months—Campaigns detected during the past 3 months.
- Past 1 Year—Campaigns detected during the past 1 year.
- Custom—Campaigns detected for a custom time period that ranges from the last hour to the past 1 year.
To filter a campaign based on status, click the blue "V" on the right edge of the Status option. Choose an option in the drop-down menu:
- All—Display all campaigns.
- Unverified—Display campaigns that are not verified.
- Verified—Display verified campaigns.
To clear the status filter option, click Clear above the status selection.
To filter a campaign based on a name, click the blue "V" on the right edge of the Campaign Name option. Click the campaign name field and choose the relevant campaigns in the drop-down menu.
To clear a campaign filter option, click X next to the campaign you want to clear.
To clear all the campaign filter options, click Clear above the campaign selection.
To apply all the campaign filter settings, click Apply.
To clear all the campaign filter settings, click Clear.
