Generating PDF reports from the eAlerts page grouped by recipient, sender, or alerts

The eAlerts page is used to generate a summary report of incidents grouped by recipient, sender, or alerts.

To generate PDF reports grouped by recipient:

In the Web UI, click the eAlerts tab.
Click Recipient.
Expand sections to show the information you want to capture.
The PDF file contains only the content that is visible on the page. If an item on the page is not expanded, the details about that item are not displayed and will not be included in the PDF output.
Choose the processing time as standard, extra, or heavy. The default processing time is standard.
Click Print PDF at the top right side of the page.

Click Sender.
Expand sections to show the information you want to capture.
