Make sure that you allow all USB mass storage devices as bootable devices.
Log on to the appliance as administrator.
From the appliance console menu, select Reboot to restart the system.
Press F2 to enter the Setup menu.
Navigate to the Advanced settings page and select USB Configuration.
Select the option to allow all USB mass storage devices as bootable devices.
Press F10 to save and exit the USB configuration page.
