Manually initiate the archiving process at any time.
On the System page, click the Archives tab.
Enter the age of alerts to be archived in the Archive Alerts older than fields, by setting both the number and time unit (days, weeks, months).
Click Archive Now.
All alerts older than the set age are archived.
