Trellix DLP Endpoint requires the credentials of the Citrix admin user in order to run PowerShell scripts to create the Citrix policies in the Citrix server.
To create a Citrix admin credentials:
In the Citrix server, go to Citrix Studio → Administrators → Create Administrator.
An admin can be a local user or a domain user.
Note
In the Create Role section, make sure that the admin has given permission to Manage Policies.
In the Windows Local Security Policy, go to Local Policies → User Rights Assignment → Log on as a batch job.
Add the admin user created in step 1.
In the Policy Catalog, open the current Windows Client Configuration. Select Settings → Device Control.
In the Citrix Studio Configuration field, enter the admin credentials created in step 1
Click Apply Policy
The policies are pushed to Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops
