You can restart the sensor process as long as the sensor is connected. Use this function if you suspect that the sensor is malfunctioning or asked to do so by tech support. This action is not available when a sensor is stopped or disconnected.
Click the Sensors page.
In the sensor list, click the Restart sensor icon

in the required row.When prompted for confirmation, click OK.
The sensor is restarted and resumes its monitoring activities.
