Running the diagnostic tool creates an output file for you to provide to Trellix support when requesting assistance.
You can change the sensor log level and remotely create an Analytic package.
On the Sensors page, click the Properties icon
in the row for the sensor.From the Log Level drop-down list, select DEBUG.
Run the Database Security sensor for five minutes (no sensor restart is required).
Click Generate.
Restore the log level to INFO after troubleshooting is complete.
The analytic package output file name is displayed when the process is complete. Send the file by email to the support team.
If you are running an earlier version or having trouble connecting to the sensor, perform these steps:
Change the log level from INFO to DEBUG in the sensor configuration file as follows:
