You can search a list of filtered incidents so you don’t have to trawl manually through a list to find what you want.
Note
Applying filters before searching only displays results from within the filtered incidents.
In ePO - SaaS Protection Workspace, click the incidents in Data Protection Overview to open the incident management workspace.
Select your filter criteria by selecting checkboxes in the Filter By pane.
In the Incidents pane, click the search box and begin to type.
The search function suggests filters after two characters have been typed.
Note
Only suggestions that appear in the filtered search appear. When searching for an incident ID, you must type the entire number in the search box before it displays the matched incident ID.
Click the search suggestion to add it as a filter to the list of incidents. You can add as many of these filters as you want.
The Incidents pane displays the filtered search results.
