To protect the appliance from denial-of-service attacks, set the maximum level of nesting of archived attachments that it attempts to analyze before it times out.
Note
An example of a nested attachment is a .zip file in another .zip file.
In ePO - SaaS, open the Policy Catalog.
Select the DLP Appliance Management product, choose the General category, and open the policy that you want to edit.
In Analysis Settings → Maximum nesting depth, set the maximum level of nested archive attachments.
Click Save.
