You must pick a project to associate with your configuration. Create a project if you have not already done so.

To create a project:
Log in to the Google Cloud Console as an administrator: https://console.cloud.google.com/
Follow steps 1-4 under "Create a Google Cloud project" in the Google documentation.
By default, only the creator of the project has rights to manage the project. To ensure that others can manage the project, Trellix recommends assigning at least one other person the role of Project Owner.
