Configuration may take up to 24 hours to sync with your Google Cloud environment. You can manually sync your push notification settings to sync immediately.
To manually sync push notification settings:
From the top navigation bar, select Configuration > Domains.
Under Push Notification Settings, click Sync.
Email should now flow to Email Security - Cloud.
To check if email is flowing to Email Security - Cloud:
From the top navigation bar, select Email Trace.
From the Integration Type drop-down, select Google Workspace API.
Click Search.
