Minor update or fixes

This release improves existing features:

Persistent Custom Table Views - Previously, custom table views were stored in the browser's local storage, making them unavailable across devices or browsers. With this enhancement, custom views are now stored in the backend database, ensuring they persist across sessions and devices when logging in with the same tenant ID.

Queries & Reports: Updates to DLP Data In-use/motion incidents event type - Trellix Data Loss Prevention – SaaS now includes additional incident properties for DLP Data In-use/Motion incidents event type. The new properties include:

  • Device Name

  • IP

  • Connection Direction

  • Source Port

  • Destination Port

  • IP Version

  • VLAN ID

  • Web Request URL

These properties are now available across all query functionalities, including chart and table reports, enabling DLP administrators and analysts to enhance reporting and customize dashboards effectively.

S3 Bucket Configuration - To ensure seamless device control only deployments, this setting is now made optional.

This release adds support for the following features in Trellix DLP Endpoint for Windows -SaaS, Trellix DLP Endpoint for Mac - SaaS, Trellix DLP Network Prevent – SaaS, and Trellix DLP Network Monitor – SaaS:

  • Trellix DLP Endpoint for Windows - SaaS:

    1. Optical Character Recognition (OCR)

    2. Manual Classification and Visual Labeling Enhancements

    3. Enhanced UAS Drive Handling in Removable Storage Rules

  • Trellix DLP Endpoint for Mac - SaaS:

    1. Clipboard Protection for macOS

    2. AirDrop Support

  • Trellix DLP Network - SaaS:

    1. Setting the password complexity for local appliance administrator account

    2. Including Active Directory users as appliance administrators

    3. Operating System changes

    4. Scanning service API tokens

    5. New built-in custom validators
