We recommend you to back up the Database Security data before performing upgrades. For information about backup and restoration, see the Database Security Product Guide. All data and configurations are saved during the upgrade process and remain available in the new server.
Download only the latest server installer for your operating system from the Customer Success portal.
Run the Database Security server installer to install the server in the same location as of the current installer.
Tip
When upgrading a cluster management server, stop all nodes, and then upgrade and restart each node to ensure a successful upgrade of the entire system.
