You can view the statistics for the total number of embedded URLs that were found in PDF files within an email message.

Note

You cannot view the statistics for the total number of embedded URLs that were found in Microsoft Office files within an email message.

You can view the statistics for embedded URLs using the CLI.

Use the show email-analysis statistics from command or show email-analysis statistics since command if you want to view statistics for embedded URLs in PDF files over a specified time period. For details about how to view detailed statistics for email analysis based on a specified time period, see Viewing statistics for Email Analysis results based on a time period using the CLI on.

Follow these steps to view the statistics for the total number of embedded URLs that were analyzed using the CLI.

To view the statistics for embedded URLs in PDF files:

  1. Go to CLI enable mode.

    hostname > enable

  2. Enter the show email-analysis statistics command.

    hostname # show email-analysis statistics
    Email-Analysis Statistics:
    Stats Time - Start Time: 2018/01/18 15:00:00   End Time: 2018/01/19 15:18:00
      ...
      Total Emails not scanned due to allowed-list:     0
      Total Emails blocked due to blocked-list:         0
      Total Signature Images not Analyzed:             20
     Total URLs Extracted From PDF Files Analyzed:    46
