Trellix DLP can be installed on Virtual Device Interface (VDI) environments.
Installing Trellix DLP Endpoint in a virtual environment requires a Trellix ePO - On-prem server in the network in addition to the servers running Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop.
Download the software from the Trellix DLP download site.
Install the Trellix DLP extension in the Trellix ePO - On-prem Extensions.
Check the Trellix DLP Endpoint client for Windows package into the Trellix ePO - On-prem Main Repository.
Deploy the Trellix DLP Endpoint client to the Citrix controllers for XenApp and XenDesktop, as to any endpoint.
If you are using Data Protection rules, you need to also deploy the Trellix DLP Endpoint client on each of the virtual machines that you want to protect.
If you are using Plug-and-Play rules, you need to also deploy the Trellix DLP Endpoint client on the physical computers where a plug-and-play device is connected.
If you are using Citrix XenApp Device rules (used for blocking Citrix devices mapped to shared desktop sessions), you need to deploy the Trellix DLP Endpoint client on the Citrix server to manage the Citrix rules.
