The Alert Acknowledgment feature in the Endpoint Security (HX) Web UI allows you and your team to manage incoming alerts and investigative tasks associated with each alert. You can acknowledge alerts and clear an acknowledgment for a single alert or multiple alerts from the Alerts Table. You can also access the Alert Acknowledgment feature for a single host from the Host Details page.
Use the Comment feature to record or edit details about the alert or investigation.
Use the Acknowledged column to filter the Alerts Table and display only the alerts you want to view. See Using filters in the alerts table for more information.
