Once you are registered with Trellix, you receive an email with instructions to activate your Trellix account.
Note
Make sure the email id registered with Trellix EDR must not exceed 100 characters in length.

If the Trellix EDR UI is inactive for more than 40 minutes, the user gets logged out. Also, when the user is logged into both ePO - SaaS UI and Trellix EDR UI, and if the user logs out from ePO - SaaS UI, the Trellix EDR UI gets logged out automatically.
Important
Chrome is the officially supported browser to access Trellix EDR.
Navigate to https://auth.ui.trellix.com and click Sign Up Now.
Complete the form to register for ePO - SaaS trial account.
Wait a few minutes for an email with instructions to activate ePO - SaaS.
Open the email that you have received and click Activate.
Enter a password and confirm it, then click Set Password.
Type your email address and click Next.
Type the password that you have set and click Sign In.
Select Trellix EDR from the products list.
You have successfully activated Trellix and logged on to Trellix EDR.
