To see reputation information in the Monitoring dashboard, TIE and Trellix Intelligent Sandbox must be connected to EDRF. You must check the connection status to make sure they are properly configured.
Note
This integration is supported only on Windows endpoints. Reputation information is available only in a ePO - On-prem managed environment.

TIE and TIE data information is only available for the EDRF administrator role.
On ePO - On-prem, go to Server Settings → Setting Categories → Trellix EDR Settings.
Check if the connection to TIE is enabled and properly configured.

Log on to Trellix EDR as administrator.
Click the configuration icon on the top-right corner to access the Configuration page.
Select Configure data sources.
Check if the connection to TIE is enabled and properly configured.
Go to Trellix EDR Support page
https://ui.soc.trellix.com/support/Go to the TIE Server and Intelligent Sandbox Server panes at the bottom of the page.
Check if the Status is OK and the Message reads Connection Successful.
