cli session terminal type <type>

Sets the terminal type for the current session.

Syntax

[no] cli session terminal type <type>

Parameters

no

Use the no form of this command to disable these settings for the current session.

type

Terminal type. Can be ansi, dumb, vt100, vt102, or xterm. Default is dumb.

Example

The following example sets the terminal type to vt100:

hostname > cli session terminal type vt100l
