cmc appliance <applianceID> auth ssh-dsa2 identity <identity>

Sets the name of the identity that will be used for ssh-dsa2 authentication. There is no default identity, so it must be specified if ssh-dsa2 authentication is used. The identity is the name of an identity previously created with one of the cmc auth * commands.

Note

The Central Management Console (CMC) is the Central Management System appliance component that provides basic management and control capabilities for both the server (Central Management System appliance) and its clients (managed appliances).

Syntax

[no] cmc appliance <applianceID> auth ssh-dsa2 identity <identity>

Parameters

The no form of this command removes the ssh-dsa2 identity from the appliance.

applianceID

Name of the appliance on which to configure the ssh-dsa2 identity.

identity

Specifies the named identity to log in to the appliance using ssh-dsa2 authentication.

Example

The following example configures SSH-DSA2 authentication parameters used to log in to the NX-04 appliance:
