Configure Remedy server settings

If you have a Remedy system set up, you must configure the Remedy settings so Trellix ESM can communicate with it.

Set up your Remedy system.

  1. From the Trellix ESM dashboard, click menu.png and select More Settings.

  2. On the system navigation tree, select the device and click Settings.png.

  3. Click Custom Settings → Remedy.

  4. Enter Remedy information: host name, port number, whether to use TLS as the encryption protocol, Remedy credentials, and email addresses for Remedy senders and recipients.
