To configure the system information request frequency for selected host sets:
Log in to the Web UI as an administrator.
From the Admin menu, select Policies to access the Policies page.
In the Policies table, click the link for the custom policy you want to modify.
Select the Polling tab.
In the Request sysinfo: fields, enter the system information request frequency (hours, minutes, and seconds). Valid values range from 300 to 604800 seconds (five minutes to seven days). The default is 14400 seconds (four hours).
Click Save.
Note
Click Reset to defaults to revert the request interval to the default setting.
Now you can assign host sets to the custom policy and set the policy priority level. See "Assigning Host Sets to Agent Policies" and "Configuring Policy Priority Using the Web UI" in the Endpoint Security Agent (HX) Administration Guide for more information.
