At a specified interval, the agent establishes a secure connection with the server and downloads the latest configuration. Valid values for the configuration update frequency range from 60 to 86400 seconds (one minute to one day). The xAgent configuration file update frequency distributed with the Endpoint Security (HX) xAgent software is 900 seconds (15 minutes).
