Generate the compliance report for content changes.

Rule Group

Type the Integrity Monitor rule group name. Click Search to find the required rule group.

Query Criteria

Specify the query that you created to fetch content change tracking data for the server task.

Get Last N revisions

Specify the number of revisions to fetch for each file.

For example, consider that a file has changed 50 times in last seven days (based on the specified interval in the query). To fetch information for the last 15 versions of the file, set this value to 15. The default value for the number of revisions is 10, maximum allowed value is 100, and minimum is 1.

Mail To

Type email addresses, separated by commas, to send the generated report or report link.

Mail Subject

Specify the email subject.

Report Name

Enter the report name. The report name is appended with the date and time when the report is generated.

Use this option to copy report on a network share and send network share information on email

By default, the generated HTML report is sent as an email attachment to all recipients. Select this option to place the generated report on a shared folder and send the link to the report in an email to all intended recipients. When you select this option, these options are displayed on the page.

Path

Specify the network path where you want to save the generated report.

Domain

Type a domain name.

User Name

Enter a user name.

Password

Type a password.

Test Connection

Click to verify the connection to the network path.
