Create server tasks to schedule various actions to run on a specified schedule.
If you want ePO - On-prem to run certain actions without manual intervention, a server task is the best approach.

Select Menu → Automation → Server Tasks.
Click New Task, Server Task Builder appears.
Enter the Name and Notes(optional). Enable/Disable the Schedule Status, click Next.
Tip
If you want the task to run automatically, set Schedule status to Enabled.
Select and configure the action for the task, then click Next.
Choose the schedule type (the frequency), start date, end date, and schedule time to run the task, then click Next.
Note
The schedule information is used only if you enable Schedule status.
Click Save.
The new task appears in the Server Tasks list.
