Create a server task for matching applications

You can run a server task to match applications between the inventory that is populated with system applications in ePO - On-prem and the CPE dictionary.

  • Inventory is pulled from the endpoints using ePO - On-prem.

  • The CPE dictionary is imported.

  1. On the ePO - On-prem console, select Menu → Automation → Server Task.

  2. Click New task, enter a name for the task, then click Next.

  3. From Actions, select Solidcore: CPE Matching inventory applications with the latest imported CPE Dictionary and click Next.

  4. Schedule the task and click Next.

  5. Save the server task.
