datastreaming configuration protocol rsyslog consumers ＜service_name＞ format

Specifies the Rsyslog receiver format used for metadata streaming.

Syntax

[no] datastreaming configuration protocol rsyslog consumers <service_name> format {<format> | ietf | snare | bsd}

Parameters

no

Removes the configured format of the Rsyslog receiver.

<service_name>

The name of the service.

<format>

Specifies a format-type for the HTTP receiver. There are three options for content-type:

The following example uses the ietf format for metadata streaming:

hostname (config) # datastreaming configuration protocol rsyslog consumers cm7.saturn.example.com format ietf

The following example removes the format:

hostname (config) # no datastreaming configuration protocol rsyslog consumers cm7.saturn.example.com format snare
