Debug logging

Prev Next

Debug logs provide important information that you can use for troubleshooting purposes.

Enabling debug logs for a module logs details for all components of the module.

For example, if you enable logging for Threat Prevention, logs are stored for on-access scanning and on-demand scanning activity.

You can find the product logs in device log and also in the terminal by executing the following command.

Note

Run the log stream --level debug | grep -i com.trellix.CMF | grep -v sendDataOnRing | grep -v EGRESS | grep -v INGRESS | grep -v \(NetworkExtension\) command to view the Firewall debug logs.
