If certificates are no longer used in your network environment, remove certificate-based authentication as an authentication option.

Select Menu → User Management → Users.
Click Actions and click Edit.
You can also use Disable option in Actions to disable directly.
Select Disabled in the Logon Status field.
Once you disable certificate-based authentication, your users can no longer access ePO - On-prem with a certificate, and must log on with their user name and password instead. Your previous configuration settings are reset.
Restart the server to complete the configuration change.
