You can download the Trellix ePO - SaaS Cloud Bridge extension from the Trellix Software Download site using your your grant number.
Download the cloud bridge extension
You must have a valid grant number to access and download the Trellix products.
For details about product features, usage, and best practices, click ? or Help.
Using your browser, access the Trellix Product Downloads site.
In Product Downloads, click Download to open the Download My Products Login page.
Type your grant number and the displayed CAPTCHA code, then click Submit.
Search for Trellix ePolicy Orchestrator - On-prem and select version 5.10.0.
In Available Downloads, Select Filters type as EXTENSION and select Trellix ePO - SaaS Cloud Bridge, and download it to your local Trellix ePO - On-prem server.
Note: You can also download the extension from the Software Manager of your Trellix ePO - On-prem server. For more information about downloading extensions from the Software Manager, see the product guide of your Trellix ePO - On-prem version.
Install the extension
Install the Trellix ePO - SaaS Cloud Bridge extension that connects your Trellix ePO - On-prem server to your Trellix ePO - SaaS account.
Make sure that you downloaded the CloudBridge2_release_<version_number>.<build_number>.zip extension file.
Log on to the Trellix ePO - On-prem server as an administrator.
Select .
Browse to and select the CloudBridge2_release_<version_number>.<build_number>.zip extension file, then click OK.
Verify that the Trellix ePO - SaaS Cloud Bridge name appears in the Extensions list.
Note: You can also download the extension from the Software Manager of your Trellix ePO - On-prem server and follow these instructions to install the extension.
Now you can configure the Trellix ePO - SaaS Cloud Bridge server settings.
